The showroom is nestled within the listed building, in the heart of Glasgow’s shopping metropolis on Buchanan Street in a prominent location in the famous Parisian-style Argyll Arcade. This exquisite space is set to redefine luxury retail experiences in the heart of the city. Providing a light, bright luxury environment, the soft blush accents add a feminine touch to the signature Mappin & Webb blue that creates a warm inviting atmosphere. The beauty in the listed building’s architecture combined with bespoke fixtures and fittings all adds to the overall elegance of the space.
There is a large L-shaped Cartier branded area, with dedicated client seating. The entire area has been meticulously designed to reflect the brand’s heritage and aesthetic, the watches are displayed in the high-end cabinetry, with the use of luxury materials in light rich gold tones. Additional branded areas for Jaeger-LeCoultre and Girard-Perregaux wrapped around the ground floor and with TUDOR and Breitling branded areas on the 1st floor. These dedicated brand areas each have highly trained specialists to advise clients on the history, and technical details of each timepiece ensuring they able to advise on the right timepiece to suit each client’s needs.
The showroom layout will introduce branded jewellery areas on the 1st floor for Messika and Roberto Coin, with further jewellery brand offerings from FOPE, Maison Birks and own brand Mappin & Webb. To elevate the retail experience clients can enjoy the luxurious bar and plush seating areas situated on the 1st floor between the watch branded area and jewellery which allows clients to relax whilst discussing their preferences with knowledgeable showroom hosts. There is also a dedicated VIP private sales room, and a bridal area that features a wide range of engagement rings and wedding bands, with expert staff on hand to help clients find the perfect piece to symbolize their love within the jewellery area.
Clients can also benefit from the aftersales area on the 1st floor, where they can receive assistance with their purchases from the highly trained showroom hosts, who are able to advise and support them with details on basic maintenance and repairs to more complex issues such as battery replacement or strap adjustments.
