Charity Partners

Crisis is a national UK charity for people experiencing homelessness. Our partnership with Crisis started in 2021 and we continue to focus on the recruitment of clinical psychologists with the aim of ending homelessness and increasing social mobility. The psychologists provide intensive one-to-one specialist support to members covering a range of mental health issues. In addition, over the past three years, we have supported Crisis at Christmas, providing homeless guests with somewhere safe to stay over the festive period. 

Our partnership with The Trussell Trust helps fund their Hardship Helpline, which offers compassionate guidance to people facing financial challenges. The helpline connects individuals with practical support, helping them navigate difficult circumstances with dignity.​

​We’ve built strong relationships with Leicester South Foodbank and Newcastle Foodbank, helping to expand their reach and improve facilities. This includes establishing a distribution centre and community hub in Leicester and enhancing infrastructure and storage capacity in Newcastle to meet increasing demand.​

​Across both regions, our colleagues have also been actively involved—volunteering their time to pack food parcels and offering practical skills to support food bank operations. Together, we’re working to build stronger, more resilient communities.

Feeding South Florida is a member of the Feeding America nationwide network of foodbanks. Feeding South Florida supports 25% of the food insecure population in South Florida and the Foundation has partnered with this charity since 2022. The Foundation’s donations since 2022 have created a huge impact in the local community by providing emergency food assistance and advice, training and support. More specifically, over 310,000 meals have been provided to local people who are experiencing food insecurity as a result of the Foundation’s donation.​

​Our Foundation regularly brings UK and US food banks together to learn from each other and Feeding South Florida shares its innovative approach through its access to national food donor partnerships, landmark research and innovative technology and leading local food distribution and programmatic efforts.

Habitat for Humanity works together with families, local communities, volunteers and partners from around the world so that more people are able to live in affordable and safe homes. The Foundation’s donations have supported new build projects for families across New York, Atlanta and Westchester. This charity partner provides the Watches of Switzerland Group colleagues with enriching volunteering options as colleagues help to build homes for people in need.

Long Term Disaster Recovery
In any disaster, Habitat provides tens of thousands of interventions in local communities that have been impacted and our donation makes this possible. Long-term recovery is critical to ensure lower-income populations are not left behind. Habitat is still at work long after others have left.

Critical Home Repairs
Habitat’s partnership with our Foundation will provide critical repairs to community members so they can stay in their homes as they age, to support veterans with home modifications and repairs and protect against future disasters with resilient roofing in communities across the US.

We partner with Team Domenica, a charity dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities into employment.

With only 4.7% of people with learning disabilities currently in employment in England, and many more facing isolation and mental health challenges, their work is vital in creating meaningful opportunities and improving wellbeing. 

Founded by Baroness (Rosa) Monckton MBE, a Non-Executive Director of the Watches of Switzerland Group, the charity was established following her first-hand experience of the challenges faced by her daughter, Domenica.

Towards the end of 2025, Team Domenica opened The North Star, a fully refurbished pub in the heart of Brighton and its most ambitious hospitality training environment to date. Building on the success of its cafés and coffee roastery, the pub provides candidates with the opportunity to develop their skills in a larger, more dynamic workplace - from bar service and kitchen operations to working alongside experienced hospitality professionals. 

Located next to Brighton’s Royal Pavilion, The North Star brings inclusive employment into one of the city’s busiest social spaces. As a sustainable social enterprise, all profits generated are reinvested to support Team Domenica’s wider work in helping young people with learning disabilities move into paid employment.

Together, initiatives like this are creating meaningful opportunities, building confidence, and helping individuals move towards greater independence.

The mission of Café Joyeux is to change the lives for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through education, training and meaningful employment. Our recent donation of $50,000 has supported a vocational training programme for new café employees, boosting their skills and confidence through education and employment. ​

​We proudly serve Café Joyeux coffee at our Sunrise Corporate office in the US, supporting their mission and turning every cup into an opportunity to promote inclusion, dignity and meaningful employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.​

The Fuel Bank Foundation was created to help people in fuel crisis by providing people with financial support and practical advice to get them back on their feet.

The Foundation started its strategic partnership with the Fuel Bank Foundation in 2022 to help alleviate the impact of the cost of heating. Together we have helped over thousands of people living in fuel crisis in England and Scotland. The support offered is emergency fuel top-ups and energy advice.

The Fuel Bank works with over 800 community-based organisations (including many of the food banks that the Watches of Switzerland Group Foundation partners with) who assess people’s needs and refer them to the Fuel Bank if they face living in fuel crisis.

As a result of the support from the Foundation, these households have been provided with about ten days’ energy, giving them security and time to address issues within their control that are propelling them into fuel crisis. The Fuel Bank then provides hands-on advice and support to implement practical solutions for each household.

Supporting communities across the United States facing food insecurity. We partner with leading foodbanks across the United States to support individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, helping to ensure that people can access essential food and support when they need it most.

Working with organisations including Food Bank For New York City and Three Square Food Bank in Las Vegas, our partnerships focus on both immediate support and longer-term initiatives to strengthen communities and address the root causes of hardship.

Together, we are helping to reach communities across diverse urban and regional areas, providing vital support where it is needed most.
