The showroom is situated on 1st floor of the shopping centre, opposite the Apple store. This significantly larger space is set to redefine the luxury watch and jewellery retail experience for our local clients. Providing a light, bright luxury environment, the soft blush accents add a feminine touch to the signature Mappin & Webb blue that creates a warm inviting atmosphere.
There is a large Rolex room with dual entrances, one from the main concourse and via the Mappin & Webb main showroom. Every element of the interior design features the elegant Rolex aesthetic and radiates the values of the Rolex crown. Excellence, precision, and attention to detail emanate from the careful calibration of colours and patterns in the fittings and furnishings to accentuate the carefully curated selection of Rolex watches displayed in refined showcases lined with beige leather and finished with bronze trims. The variety of materials used adds to the harmony of the space, from brown marble to American Walnut wood and beige-coloured Travertine stone, as well as hand-crafted stucco panels.
There is a large Cartier room, with its dedicated front window, and client seating areas - born from the Maison’s intention to align the retailers-watch specialists’ image to the one of the worldwide Cartier boutiques, thus creating the perfect synergy between the two different contexts. The “Cartier Red,” Maison’s colour par excellence, is used in small touches, to highlight the refined contours of the “focus wall,” which appears perfectly framed and illuminated by warm lights.
Additional branded areas IWC, Hublot, Panerai & Girard-Perregaux. These dedicated brand areas each have highly trained specialists to advise clients on the history, and technical details of each timepiece ensuring they able to advise on the right timepiece to suit each client’s needs.
Nestled between the watch branded areas there is a taster from some of the branded jewellery on offer with a sales counter featuring FOPE, Roberto Coin and Pasquale Bruni, which leads nicely into the new jewellery gallery which has a fantastic bridal and diamond offering that features a wide range of engagement rings and wedding bands, with expert staff on hand to help clients find the perfect piece of jewellery.
The jewellery area extends further to feature more branded jewellery from Kiki McDonough, showcase featuring the new Italian brand Pasquale Bruni and Mappin & Webb Diamond and coloured gemstone collections. Clients can relax and enjoy the finest hospitality bar situated within the jewellery gallery, with the option to indulge in diamonds over a glass of champagne.
Clients can also benefit from the aftersales room area and private sales room, where they can receive assistance with their purchases from the highly trained showroom hosts, who are able to advise and support them with details on basic maintenance and repairs to more complex issues such as battery replacement or strap adjustments.
