As part of the accreditation process, colleagues were invited to complete a confidential survey about their experience of working at the Watches of Switzerland Group, measuring the levels of trust, fairness, respect and camaraderie among employees.

In 2026, almost three quarters of our employees globally participated in the survey, and the group exceeded the trust index score requirement, which represents workplace culture, policies, practices, history and demographics.

This recognition reinforces the Watches of Switzerland Group's dedication to its colleagues - acting on feedback and continuing to invest in initiatives that support wellbeing, development, inclusion and engagement across the business.

"We are incredibly proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work for a second time. It is in recognition of our colleagues and of their hard work, team spirit and dedication to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients every day. It also reinforces our commitment to listening and continuously learning to create an environment where our colleagues can learn, grow and thrive."

Brian Duffy Chief Executive Officer of the Watches of Switzerland Group

"I'm delighted to see how proud our colleagues are to work for the Watches of Switzerland Group. Whether it’s our obsession with creating memorable experiences for our clients, or our support for our local communities, this recognition demonstrates our Group's continued commitment to our people. Our culture continues to highlight our Group's caring spirit, and we remain dedicated to giving back through the work of our Watches of Switzerland Group foundation which has contributed over £10M to programmes and initiatives since 2021."
