Upon arrival, guests were greeted with a safety conscious, outdoor step and repeat for press and media photos. Indoors, an enlarged image of the 50 Cent magazine cover was on display, where he is pictured wearing a Hublot timepiece credited for purchase at Watches of Switzerland.
Guests mingled throughout the cocktail hour, meeting 50 Cent, trying on timepieces and Instagramming the experience in live time. Attendees were introduced to the contemporary and candlelit lower level dining area to the soundtrack of a hip-hop violinist playing 50 Cent’s greatest hits.
Watches of Switzerland, Executive Vice President, David Hurley addressed the room with welcome remarks followed by 50 Cent who thanked the room of curated influencers within the music and entertainment industries including Jeffrey Hirsch, CEO of Starz, Actor and Watchmaker, Aldis Hodge and Emmy Award Winning Journalist, Alicia Quarles.
